problem with receiving mails

Hello,

First i would like to give compliment for this great free extension.

I have one question regarding sending emails.

I successfully made simple form using vform.

But i have problem, when user fill form and click submit i don't get email. I am using joomla 3.3 and i configure my default email address in joomla global configuration. Also i try with php mail and sendmail.
I do not use captcha. Site is hosted at internet.

So my question is, what i need to configure to get emails when user fill form and click submit button?

Just one note. When i in Visforms configuration - "Email result", select email results to "YES" and in filed "Mail To" enter my email address i got email!!

So does in every Visforms i need to check "Email result" to "YES" and in field "Mail To" enter my email address to got emails? Is this regular procedure or no?

the idea is that you might want to control individually for each form, whether a result mail is send and where it is send to. (Instead of sending a mail or in addition to sending a mail you could save submitted input in the database. This is a form option too, which you can be set in "Result" tab.)

So the answer to your question is yes.

If you want the user to get an e-mail too, you have to set "Receipt Mail" to yes too. And the form must have a field of type "email".

Thank you for your time for help.
So, if "Email result" is set to NO, then vforms will not send emails?

I have one more problem with Visforms captcha.

I choose Visforms captcha, enter Captcha tool tip text and Captcha custom error text.
But on fronted, button with "refresh captcha" doesn't work.
I can't click it. I see just image (little circle) but i can't click on image (there is not link on image).

Could you help me to solve this problem.

Also i try on new joomla 3.3.0 install in my localhost and still same problems.

not problem with finding the captcha refresh button.

There is one know bug in Visforms for 3.0.0 (therefore still a beta).
It's easy to fix.

The background is, that I switched from Mootools Javascript framework (which was default with Joomla! 2.5 ) to jQuery framework (which is default in Joomla! 3) and I just missed one step. Most templates still load the mootools and therefore the bug was not so easy to discover. But pure bootstrap templates (as yours) become more popular and they do not load mootools anymore. So these templates "see" the bug.

I will fix this, of course, with the next Version of Visforms, but making a new Version is a lot of work (especially the testing). Therefore I want to wait a bit longer with that.
