Multiple file upload, second one0no link to image

When I use 2 upload fields, only the first file uploaded has a link to it when viewing in form results. The second uploaded file has no link to view the file. So when viewing form results, I can see the full URL to the first image and it links to the image, but I only see the image name for the second image and it is not a hyperlink to the image.

Thanks

Hi,

when you talk about forms results, do you mean the Form - data view in backend or the display data view in frontend?

Regards,
Aicha

 I recommend you the new and up-to-date documentation for Joomla 4:
docs.joomla-5.visforms.vi-solutions.de/en/docs/
Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.

Das meiste gilt rückwirkend auch für Joomla 3.

The display data view in the front end. Menu item pointing to Visforms >> visformsdata

The backend is working.

Thanks

Hi,

I think you just missed to enable the \"Show a link in frontend\" option for the second upload field. The value displayed in frontend (path versus filename) is build according to these settings. I just tested and on my test website it works fine.

Aicha

Hi again. I am on the newest version now (3.1.0), and links for second, third, etc uploads are only showing partial links to files. I have "Show a link in frontend" selected, but I'm given a URL such as
example.com/tmp/

I should get something like:

example.com/tmp/myfile.jpg

thanks
