Hi Veki,

thanks a lot for that offer.
It's now a while since I wanted to make it possible for Visforms user to contribute i.e. by creating language files, but I haven't had a plan on how to do it and no time to explain.
But, after I have released Visforms 2.1.0/3.1.0 some days ago, your offer today came just at the right moment.
I wrote a lengthy explanation on how to create a translation for Visforms. You can find it here: www.vi-solutions.de/en/documentations/vi...slation-for-visforms
Let me know, if you need further help!

Kind Regards,
Aicha

 I recommend you the new and up-to-date documentation for Joomla 4:
docs.joomla-5.visforms.vi-solutions.de/en/docs/
Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.
Please only ask 1 question per topic :-).

Hello,

I am doing translation of vis forms to Serbian language. So far it goes well. I see in com_visforms.ini the following string:
Visforms is a native form generator for Joomla! 2.5.x. <br />It allows you to generate forms without any programming and makes a point of protecting your forms against spambots.<br />
As ras as I see it can be used for Joomla 3.3X without issues. Should I leave version 2.5X or update it tothe latest version. Please advise.

Hi Veki,

that is very attentive of you! Thank you. The text should be

Visforms is a native form generator for Joomla! 2.5.x and Joomla! 3.x

I think I forgot to change it in the master zip file.

Regards,
Aicha

Hello,

It is my pleasure to be cooperative. I have one hint or suggestion that came to my mind during translation of my message related to Image Submit Button. Image Submit Button can be useful but quite useless for persons with disabilities if alt text is not defined properly. My suggestion is that hint text in that filed should besides suggestion Submit does have a brief note that alt text must be written or that in code Alt image code must be filled. So, little * sign should force the form creator to use it.
Thanks,
Veki
