Hi,

Visforms does not offer a responsive design out of the box, at least not yet.
As Visforms ist totally free and I have to earn a living for myself, sadly my time to improve Visforms is limited and the responsive design has not yet been arrived on top of my to-do list and I have not looked into it yet.
I think it is not too difficult to achieve but it's some work nevertheless and I cannot just give you instructions here.
I'm sorry but you have to figure by yourself how to change the css or maybe use the Joomla! overrride mechanisms to change the HTML of the form and create a responsive design.

Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.
