jquery validator has a built-in "equalTo" function. I inserted: "f_password_validate_equalTo":"'#field9'" directly into the field definition in the database and it works fine. You mention in another post that custom validations can also be added. In order to make use of these validations there should either be a field in the field definition screen for additional validation id:values or else the ability to define custom field types that implement them.

Hi,

thanks a lot for your post and the information. Making custom validation possible is a feature which I would really like to implement as soon as possible but have not done yet. I'll have your suggestions in mind for that.
