What changes did you make?

Aicha

 I recommend you the new and up-to-date documentation for Joomla 4:

Most of this also applies retrospectively to Joomla 3.

Hi Aicha
The only changes I have made have been to CSS including visform overrides in my normal CSS file (not in visform.css) and some articles.
In the VisForm I have also changed the email addresses but it also doesn't work with the other email addresses.

When it said 'creating error' i thought it may be the way it compiles the email or on screen acknowledgements or writing to the database.
The site is now in a different location to where it was set up although everything else is working file.
Let me know if you require a temp login which I am happy to provide.

Hi,

actually I think there is a problem with the routing/search engine friendly urls.
The error indicates, that the form id is not submitted properly. Sometimes error messages looks strange.

I think the way your menu is working (just scrolling up and down one page), does not make it necessary to bother about search engine friendly Urls, but Visforms still needs proper Urls because submitting a form is a real task.
The Url provided be the form is some sort of mash between an SEF Url and a non SEF Url.
I don't know where this comes from but maybe you have got an idea after this explanation.

Maybe the SEF settings differ between your former installation and the new one?
If you cannot fix it you could send me a login at contact@vi-solutions.de
Regards,
Aicha

Thanks Aicha. I will email you a login.

I have tried turning off SEFs and also changing the redirect for the results page but didn't feel I was getting anywhere close. I am however baffled as to what has changed to cause this having had it working.

Hi Aicha
I have made some changes and got the form working.
The htaccess file on the server I moved the site to was blank so i have copied over the one from the test site and it appears to work now.

Thanks for your help and also providing a great plugin.
