How to make multiple condition

I am about to make a conditional field C which is controlled simultaneously by field A and B.
So, field C will show up if and only if field A is x and field B is y.
I discovered that the multiple selection feature (by holding Ctrl) acts as "or" function, not "and".

you have to do this in two steps.
Only show field B if field A is x. (field B is conditional of field A)
Only show field C if field b is y (field C is conditional of
So you have sort of cascading conditional field.

Field A has 4 available options, while field B has 20.
So it means that field B technically will have 4 different-name, similar-label fields, each contains of 20 similar options.
Is there any way to duplicate field (and modify its name afterwards), instead of making 3 similar fields from scratch?

there is a batch copy button in the field list view or you can use the save as copy option in the field edit view.
