Form Link Not appearing

Hello,

I am new to your extensions. They seem great! Thanks for the forum. I have spent about 3 hours trying to get the Visforms to work. So far, I am having trouble.

Specifically, I am trying to get the link to work on the Nav Bar so that our users can actually "fill out" the form page. When I go to create a Visforms link, it highlights in red "Form to Choose" - even though I am repeatedly selecting the form to chose. Then it won't "Save." It will not let me select that form.

I have tried to assign the module as well, to no avail. Everything I have done is just not working and I am not sure what I am doing wrong and why the Form link will not load to display.

I will gladly pay for any assistance, as I am out of idea on how to get this to work. Please let me know.
