Errors when submitting the Form twice

Hello,
I have some problems with the Form in my website.

I filled all the fields once to send a test in order to see if it works properly.
When I tried to resend the Form, I couldn't.
All the fields where filled in with the previous data, I couldn't press the Date Button (type: date)
or manually input the dates and everytime an error message was displayed saying that I can only send the Form, once.
And then, this message is displayed:
Calendar.setup:
Nothing to setup (no fields found). Please check your code.

In admin, Result Tab, the "Save Result" is set to NO but still the previous data are displayed.

I'd appreciate if you could help me.

Hi,

which Joomla! Version do you use?
Which Visforms Verison do you use?
Do you use the form in a module or is it displayed by a menu item link?
Which settings did you make in the form configuration in the "Result Tab" (have you entered a result message or have you set a redirect url?)
Have you enabled Cache on your website?
Do you use the e-privacy plugin on your website? (because this does simply not work with Visforms. I already checked into this and but I did not see any way to make both extensions work together).

Joomla version 3.4.3
Visforms Version "visForms_j3.3.6_3.4.3"
I use the Form in a module.
I haven't set anything in the Result Tab.
I had enabled the Cache in my website, but now I have turned it off. But the problem remains.
I haven't any e-privacy plugin in my plugin manager.

thanks for these informations.
Please make sure that the System Plugin Page Cache is disabled, too and that the Joomla! cache is cleared. (System -> Clear Cache)

Please clear the browser cache, too and close the browser (with which look on the form in the frontend) completely, to clear the session.

Open the browser again and check, if you can send the form again now.

Everything looks ok now.
I have sent 3 or 4 times in a row the Form and evrything is working.

But do I have to leave the Cache disable in administrator?
I'd like to enable it in order to make my website faster.
Is there any solution in this?
Like, exclude the Form from the caching...
