Hello Geert,
Forum topic with the same problem:
There is a current forum topic with the same problem from Jeroen.
vi-solutions.de/en/forum/17-joomla-templ...eached?start=0#11228
It is also a Dutch site.
It has a '.nl' domain.
We received an Akeeba backup of his site from Jeroen last week.
The Akeeba backup of his site that we have installed works perfectly for us.
We are not aware of any other similar problems.
I find it really strange that it only affects your two Dutch sites.
We don't yet know why that is the case.
Re: When I copy the URL in my browser I get the xml file.
That is also the case with Jeroen.
Nobody else is affected and our update server is online and has a very high level of availability.
Just for your information:
The file 'vi-solutions.de/updates/vfsubscription/j3/extension.xml' is also accessible without a download ID.
This file only provides information about the current versions.
An error would only occur if you tried to download the subscription installation referenced in it without a download ID:
Question:
Jeroen has not yet responded to my last question and request.
But maybe you can give us a way to test the update process directly?
