Problem with SSO (Single Sign On)

Since we activated SSO on our Webserver, the e-mail feature doesent work.
After pushing the send Button, nothing happen.

SSO is not a feature of Joomla! and as you wrote, you activated it on your server.
I do not know, how the SSO is actually achieved and cannot tell, why or how this server configuration might effect Visforms.

If really nothing happens, after the send Button is pushed, this might indicate, that you have a javascript error on your website. (See Visforms FAQ's second entry: vi-solutions.de/de/support/dokumentation...orms/haeufige-fragen ). So mo only guess is, that as a result of enabling SSO, there is now a Javascsript error on your website.

SSO mit Joomla funktioniert sehr gut. Bis auf Visforms machte keines der Module oder Plugins Probleme - daher auch der erste Gedanke das es an Visforms liegen könnte.

Inzwischen ist das Problem gefunden, und es liegt tatsächlich an der Komponente.

Btw Subscription ist vorhanden

Kann ich das so verstehen, dass das Problem nicht an Visforms liegt sondern an der SSO Komponente und insofern dieser Post hier auch gelöst ist?
