Hello kmchong,

As soon as the subscription has been installed, this block disappears.
It is replaced by the block where you can enter your download ID.

If no subscription is installed, this block always appears.
I therefore assume that you have purchased a subscription, but the subscription has not yet been installed on the site.

The installation is described in the documentation.

Attention:

It is not enough to buy the product and have the license.
You must install the product to be able to use it on your site.
You must enter your download ID as described above to use the Joomla Update Manager.
