You must not search for 'Manage Subscription' on our website.

You must search for 'Manage Subscription' in your Joomla instance under:
Components >> Visforms >> Visforms Dashboard

Re: No such Icon!

The entire 'Manage Subscription' group including the icon is located in your Joomla instance under:
Components >> Visforms >> Visforms Dashboard

The entire 'Manage Subscription' group including the icon only appears after you have installed the subscription on your Joomla website.

The installation of the subscription is described in the documentation.

Conclusion:

You must install the subscription on your Joomla website in order to
- see the 'Manage Subscription' group including the icon,
- be able to use the subscription on your Joomla website.
