Form does not send data

I have form on my website but when I send it nothing happens. Page refreshes but I don't get error message or any other message. I have "save result" setting on but I don't get data when I send form. I also want to receive notice email about new data but it doesn't send that email. What could possible be wrong? I don't understand those "mail from address", "mail to", "mail cc", "mail bcc" settings. What emails I should put to these fields and where I should put my email address to receive that notice email?
Can these issues come because my website is not online but it runs on my MAMP?

did you read the documentation? I tried to explain those different configuration settings for mails, there.
I also mentions there, that local systems, like XAMPP usually are not set up in a way, that they actaully send mails.

Data should be stored in the database even if no mails are send. You can view the stored data when you click on the "Display Data" link in the form list view in the administration.

Yes, I read it but didn't notice this notification about local systems. I still don't understand what emails I should put and where but maybe I will learn it while I test it on web and not on MAMP.

I know that I can view data when I click on the "Display data" but there is nothing. Form really is not sending any data. Is this also because of the MAMP? Or can this happen if I have wrong email settings? Maybe I should check this also on web.

But now I got new strange problem. I don't find those tabs anymore from "Visforms edit form" where I can choose "mail options", "spam protection", "advanced" etc. I can find those tabs on another webpage but not another. This website where tabs are visible uses Visforms 3.6.11 and another where I don't find tabs uses Visforms 3.7.1
I took pictures about these situations and Source Code of page where tabs are not visible.

storing submitted data has nothing to do with sending mails. So you should see data if you click the "display data" link on a local test system and if you have submitted the form before and the option save results is enabled.

I don't now what is going wrong with your installation.

Those tabs, which you are missing should well be visible, on each Visforms Version. I don't think that this problem comes originally from Visforms. (I work with Visforms 3.7.1 and everything is ok there).
The tabs are created by Javascript. So maybe if you updated Visforms and the browser still caches older javascript version this could result in such a problem. So clearing the browser cache could maybe help.

Your problem is really strange and I think you should make sure (using a file comparing tool) that your Joomla! installation is correct (no files missing, not to many files) and that all Visforms files are in place correctly.

Make sure that Joomla! cache is disabled and that you do not have some strange cache settings on your local php installation.

You can enable the debugging in Joomla! configuration and make settings, so that all error messages are displayed. Maybe that can show up something.

I did clear Joomla! cache and tried to watch page on another browser to be sure that it is not because of the browser's cache or cookies or something. None of these worked. Is it possible to downgrade my visforms to version 3.6.11? How can I do it?

downgrade is not possible.
You have to make a backup before you update which you can use then to go back to the previous state.
