Yes, I know. But I have done lots of other things on my page after this update and I don't want to lose them because of this issue. Do you mean that I can't downgrade visforms even manually by replacing visforms files with files of old version? Is there something on database that is changed while update from 3.6.11 to 3.7.1?

Hi,

If added 4 field to the visfields table. (editonlyfield, addtoredirecturl, includeinresultmail, includeinreceiptmail).
The installation/update script also installs some plugins, the module and so on. The installations of these plugins and so on are included in the visforms installation zip. You have to check them as well. (I think at least the modul and the spambotcheck plugins are changed). There are also lots of new files in Visforms 3.7.1 which you have to make sure that they are removed.

Okay, downgrading was such difficult that I decided to uninstall visforms 3.7.1 and install 3.6.11. This didn't solve the issue so I returned my page backup. It wasn't old enough to solve this so I started to be quite desperate because of this. Then I just suddenly solved this tab problem nearly by accident. I realized that I had POWr Icon plugin which prevented tab to be shown. I just had to unpublish it and tabs came back.

So now I see tabs. But then back to my original issue. Now my webpage is online. When I send form, it saves result just as I want. But no matter what I do, visforms does not send me notification about new result. I do get recipient mail to email address I have given in the form. But no matter what email addresses I write to "Mail From Address", "Mail To" or "Mail CC" I just don't get email about new result. What should I do to solve this issue?
I'm using visforms 3.6.11.

Hi,

the result mail is not sent, because it is flagged as spam.
I think you run into the problem described in this post: www.vi-solutions.de/en/forum-index/19-jo.../788-replay-to-wrong
In Visforms 3.7.1 I therefore added a new option in the result mail configuration, which allows you to add the user mail as text only and not as link. If you do not want to update to Visforms 3.7.1 you can follow the post mentioned above to fix the problem.

Thank you for your advice. I was very confident after your help so I updated visforms to version 3.7.2. Updating worked without any issue. I understood that I just have to set "submitted mails as links" to value "no" and everything works fine. This wasn't the case. Form still does not send notification email after new result.
What should I do now?

Hi,

I actually was quite sure that this would work, too and I'm still convinced that the problem is, that the mail is somewhere flagged as spam, because if the mailer itself works (and it does because the receipt mail is send properly) this actually is the only known problem.
As I wrote you in private message, I was able to receive a result Mail after I disabled the "Include Data" Option for the result mail. But there was a notice of my mail client, that the mail could be "Junk". So I think that maybe now the problem is at the receiving end. One other reason, why mails are flagged as spam is, that the mail from address does not contain the domain.
You have to try to figure (maybe with the help of your provider and or your email provider) why the mails are flagged as spam.
