Form does not send data

Hi,

I solved this issue. Mail was flagged as spam because mail from address didn't contain the domain just as you assumed. I used my gmail address but when I changed it to be feedback@mydomain.com everything started to work. Thank you very much for your help!

But I still have the same issue I mentioned on my first post. Everything works on this webpage but another webpage have issue. This another page does not send data at all. When I send form, page refreshes but nothing else happens. I don't get notification did form send data or not. "Display Data" does not contain any data and I don't get result mail. Every settings are same as on the webpage which is working. Can this issue come because my server have old database (5.0.95) and php (5.4.28) versions? Or is it because server disables some functions which another page does not disable? These are those functions: putenv, phpinfo, disk_total_space, disk_free_space, diskfreespace, apache_lookup_uri, proc_close, proc_get_status, proc_terminate and proc_nice.

I have Joomla 3.5.1 and visforms 3.7.3 on both webpages.

About these php settings I don't know.

What do you mean, when you say "the page refreshes"?
Does it still show the form or does it redirect to the home page or a redirect url which you have set in the form configuration?

It happens same as if I do ctrl+r or click on the address bar and hit enter. It stays on the same page and I can see form but it is empty. I haven't set any url in the form configuration.

ok, then I'm quite sure that this is a problem of your Joomla! configuration and the specific third party extensions which you use on this website.

Sadly a cannot give support for these individual problems for free but I offer a Supportticket
I would gladly look into this problem then and think that I can figure a solution.

Are you sure that this issue is because of the third party extension or Joomla configuration? I found out that select input and multi checkbox are the ones that cause this problem. Maybe there is even more inputs that might cause it but I don't know about that.

I have webpage with three forms. Two forms worked well and one of them acted exactly same way as I have described. All three forms are on the same page and they have same settings. Only difference I could find was that form which didn't work included two select inputs and one multi checkbox and those other forms didn't have those inputs. This third form started to work after I disabled all these inputs. It didn't work if I had even one of them enabled.

Maybe this issue is after all in the visforms extension or what do you think?

I'm quite sure.
Visforms is used by thousands of people and many of them use selects and multi checkboxes in forms. If Visforms itself had a problem I think I would know this by now.

If seen the strangest things done by third party extensions (mostly the template but others, too) for examle changing the html class attributes of selects in any form with javascript. (in order to create fancy looking listboxes). Or rename submit buttons....
As Visforms relies on it's own html structure and class attributes for proper function this causes problems with Visforms which may result in just a thing as you describe.
