Support für Visforms wird hier seit Jahren kostenlos angeboten. Habe ich bisher so erlebt, auch bei individueller Unterstützung. Ich glaube aber, kostenloser Support eines selbst entwickelten (und zu verantwortenden) Systems und individuelle Fehlersuche des Systems eines Dritten sind unterschiedliche Dinge.
