Hallo Mario,

Ich denke die Ursache ist nun klar.
Ich vermute ebenfalls, du hast für dein Feld mit dem Namen 'E-Mail' den Feld-Typ 'Text' gewählt.

Damit alles im Zusammenhang mit einer E-Mail-Adresse des Benutzers wie beschrieben funktioniert, musst du den Feld-Typ des Feldes auf 'E-Mail' stellen.
Denn wie sonst soll Visforms herausbekommen, dass gerade dieses eine Feld als ein 'E-Mail-Feld' behandelt werden soll?

Ein E-Mail Feld entsteht in Visforms durch die Auswahl 'E-Mail' als Feld-Typ.

Diese Feld-Typ Einstellung des Feldes geht nicht aus dem Screenshot hervor.
Aus dem Screenshot geht lediglich hervor, dass der Benutzer eine E-Mail-Adresse in ein Feld mit dem Namen 'E-Mail' eingetragen hat.

Hier ein Auszug aus einer Feld-Liste mit einem tatsächlichen E-Mail Feld.
Das letzte Feld mit der ID 115 ist ein solches Feld mit dem Typ 'E-Mail'.

Um das feststellen zu können und um sicher zu sein, müsste ich einen Screenshot der Feld-Liste des betroffenen Formulars sehen.

Hallo Ingmar

Vielen herzlichen Dank für deinen Support, so konnte ich es lösen mit der Email als E-Mail-Inputfeld (anstatt Textfeld).
