Hallo!

Habe seit neustem ein Problem was ich nicht begreife..

Ein Kunde, füllt ein Formular aus.
Gibt dabei seien E-Mail Adresse an.

Klickt auf Absenden.

Nun sollte (hat auch Funktioniert) normal einmal wir eine E-Mail bekommen (Die kommt an) und parallel der Kunde eine E-Mail.
Die an den Kunden, kommt seit heute, bei keinem Kunden mehr an. Die bei uns schon.

Email Versand aus dem Backend, geht auch einwandfrei.

Habe gerade auf die neuste Joomla Version geupdatet. 5.2.0
Kann das damit zusammen hängen?

Da es ein RMA Formular ist, kommt der link nur auf Nachfrage!

Wir haben übrigens 3 Unabhängige Formulare. Bei allen dreien ist das Problem heute aufgetreten...

bei allen drei Formularen kommt bei keinem Kunden (also bei den verschiedenen E-Mail-Providern der Kunden) keine Benutzer-Mail mehr an.
Das ist allerdings eigenartig.

Schau dir mal meine Antwort von gerade eben zu einem anderen Thema an (Joomla 5.2 und Visforms 5.1.2 und PHP 8.3):

Welchen Typ von E-Mail-Versand verwendest du (PHP-Mailer oder SMTP)?
Wie im Forum oben erwähnt (V3) wäre die verwendete PHP-Version wichtig.

Bislang ist uns kein ähnliches Problem beim Versand der Benutzer-Mail mit J5.2 bekannt.
Ich werde den Versand der Benutzer-Mail mit VF5.1.2 und J5.2 und PHP 8.2 zeitnah testen.

Erstmal danke für die schnelle Antwort.
PHP 8.2.20
Kann aber auch jederzeit auf PHP 8.3 wechseln

Wir versenden aktuell noch mit SMTP

Da PHP 8.3 noch nicht zum Einsatz kommt, schließe ich da das Problem aus...

Hallo!

Bin jetzt alles in Ruhe nochmals durch gegangen.
Einstellungen, sind eigentlich richtig...
Wie gesagt, bei uns, kommt die E-Mail an, beim Absender nicht.
Formular wird auch erfolgreich gespeichert.
Was mir aufgefallen ist, unter gesendete bei Outlook, ist auch nur die eine E-Mail gespeichert, die wir bekommen haben.
Eine zweite, für den Kunden, ist dort nicht mehr vorhanden.

Es wird also wohl keine raus geschickt...

Mir ist momentan noch ein Rätsel wieso..

Hallo Mikuteit,

hier erstmal meine Test-Ergebnisse.

Ich habe den E-Mail-Versand in Visforms 5.1.2 und Joomla 5.2 und PHP 8.3.11 sowie PHP 8.2.20 mehrfach durchgeführt.
Ein Joomla mit SMTP und ein Formular mit Versand von Ergebnis-Mail und einer Benutzer-Mail.
Der E-Mail-Versand hat für beide E-Mail-Arten wiederholt fehlerfrei funktioniert.
