Ich habe (testweise) von php8.3 auf php8.4 umgestellt.
- Der Export aus Visforms in eine csv-Datei funktioniert damit nicht - es kommt ein Server Error 503. Nach der Rückumstellung auf php8.3 kein Problem.
- Ebenso kommt der 503-Fehler beim Absenden eines Formulars mit Mailbestätigung bei einem Formular. Ein Eintrag in der Datenbank wird dort erzeugt, allerdings gleich zwei mal identisch. Hingegen kommt der Fehler nicht bei einem anderen Formular mit Mailbestätigung, dort auch nur ein korrekter Eintrag in der Datenbank.
-Die Mailfunktion von Joomla selbst (Kontaktformular) läuft fehlerfrei.

Joomla 5.4.3
PHP 8.4.12
Visforms 5.6.1 inklusive Subscription.

Hallo naitsabes,

danke für die Versions-Informationen.

PHP 8.4 wurde bereits in die Visforms Version 5.5.0 integriert.
Visforms 5.6.1 ist ebenfalls mit PHP 8.4 kompatibel.

Ich habe gerade mal kurz geschaut, was passiert, wenn ich ein Visforms 5.6.1 unter PHP 8.4 öffne.
Visforms 5.6.1 unter PHP 8.4 lässt sich beim mir ohne Probleme öffnen und auch der CSV Export funktioniert wie erwartet ohne Fehler.

Außer bei deiner Instanz liegen uns keine Informationen über ähnlich Problem mit PHP 8.4 vor.

Die Frage ist, ob du uns ein Akeeba-Backup der Webseite zum Debuggen zur Verfügung stellen könntest.
Wir nutzen dazu die folgende Plattform: wetransfer.com/
Verwende die E-Mail Adresse des Forums als Empfänger: forum (--at--) vi-solutions.de.
Ein administrativer Zugang zum Backend genügt in diesem Fall nicht.

Falls das Akeeba-Backup deiner Seite bei uns ohne Fehler laufen sollte, so liegt es an deiner Server-Konfiguration.
