Hallo naitsabes,

danke für das Backup.

Der Excel-Export funktioniert auf deinem Backup auf PHP 8.4 mit und ohne Windows 1250 Characterset fehlerfrei.

Der Export mit Windows 1250 Characterset verwendet die PHP Funktion iconv().
Könnte es evtl. sein, dass diese PHP Erweiterung, die diese Funktion enthält auf deinem php 8.4 nicht installiert/aktiviert ist?

Prüfe das bitte mal über System >> Kachel Systeminformation >> Reiter PHP-Information ob 'iconv support ' aktiviert ist.

Nein, daran liegt es wohl nicht, ist verfügbar.
